My brother Richard John Swieca (Ricky) was born 11/19/1962 and died 6/19/1992 in Austin, TX.  He loved cooking and lived in the LA Area for years after school at UT where he had the closest of friends.  He even did some modeling while in Austin for local magazines.  Ricky was the proprietor of Doug Arrangos years ago in California and loved being around food and creating delicious dishes.  He left behind two sisters and a brother in Austin and Houston.  He will be forever missed, and the memories at Stratford always in our hearts.
